When we arrived, there was no staff on site. We had to call and wait for people to arrive to check us in. The only time there was "front desk" staff was when someone telephoned for them. "Struttura comoda da raggiungere, accanto alla statale. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, anche se le condizioni generali della stanza sono di medio livello. Ad esempio il telaio della finestra in bagno era sverniciato, il phon era un po' rotto nella parte bassa e tenuto saldo con del nastro isolante. Personale molto cordiale e accogliente. Zona non proprio silenziosissimo. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno nel parcheggio privato dell'hotel, che la sera viene chiuso"

The staff was very friendly and made recommendations for shops, etc. to make our stay even better. Would most certainly stay at Hotel Civita again!"
