"Lovely hotel tucked away behind the City Palace. Amazing location and walkable to all the close tourist spots (or easy to pick up an Otto/ Tuk Tuk). Room was great and very comfortable. Staff and service let the hotel down a bit. Everything was very slow, staff didn’t seem very friendly and food was very average unfortunately. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....

The location is great, in the heart of where you want to stay (Lal Ghat) and there’s a great view of the lake from the roof. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Overall, it was very mellow and pleasant. Sometimes it was a little hard to find staff but that was never a big issue."
