"We arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe."

"Même si ce n’est pas de leur faute, je suis tombé sur la nuit où il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude (toute la ville d’après le proprio), et le matin carrément pas d’eau froide ni chaude...Certes le proprio n’y peut rien mais un geste aurait pu être fait...bonne chambre hormis une salle de bain assez vieillotte. "It was a last minute booking and when we called we were told that there was no problem If we arrived at midnight which was a relief since we drove the whole day .The owner revived us at midnight parked out car inside property and was very nice and welcoming .We had a great sleep since the bed was confortable and clean .Kn the morning we were supersized to see that the house was In a beautifully neighborhood .We loved everything and this place and would not hesitate to come back"
