"Great hotel !"

"A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

"Stayed for 2 night and my room was damp and bed wet, couldn’t sleep and had to get a new room at 1am when I had to leave at 6am to my next stop in the road trip, when I arrived at the next destination I open my suitcase and all my clothes are damp and destroyed "

"Stayed a couple of nights whilst touring with our dog. Dogs were very welcome. Great area for walking and hiking. Room was large and very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Would stay again if in the area. "

"Perfectly located and cute hotel with a good restaurant. Only downside of our stay was that we were staying in the family room on the ground floor, where also the breakfast delivery was. There was a lot of noise from the hallway when the carts with breakfast were delivered. The sound of moving chairs on the floor above us (breakfast area) was very loud. "The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find. I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets.
