"It was a sunday and everything was closed. It is a small neighborhood closed to airport. Iour flights was canceled and we had to stay another day. Hotel and service was nice and quiet "

"This hotel is literally next to the Old Town. Very convenient location. Public transportation is also easy. Buses within a few minutes walk. We took Bus 29 to visit Castle Devin. Next to embassies, very safe area. The only thing to be careful is the stairs (it's an old building and no lift) but there are handrails so not too difficult. Breakfast is adequate with cooked items (scrambled, poached, boiled eggs, French toast, crepes, etc.) and cold cuts and salad. Overall, a comfortable place."

This time my room was literally like an oven, I wasn’t sure how to change the setting on the air/heating so just had to turn it off and open the windows, which wasn’t great as its near a motorway. "Staffs are kind and efficient "

"Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "

"Convenient location just off the highway. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Wellness pool and facilities great and we usually had the facilities to ourselves. Light didn’t work in the corridor outside our room and it was sorted within 5 minutes. "
