"Stayed in the Iris for 6 nights and it was fantastic, upon arrival the front desk was more than helpful and the English they spoke was great. The room was very good with a very big walk in shower, breakfast was great with a wide range of cakes, buns along with cold meats, cheese, cereal and eggs and bacon upon asking. Siamo stati accolti da personale gentile e disponibile, la cucina è semplice ma veramente ottima, le camere calde e pulite. E poi c'è la comodità di avere l'impianto sciistico proprio accanto all'albergo. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro!"

"The hotel was dark, dreary with small, dark rooms, and few amenities. The walls were paper thin and you could hear children screaming in the halls and in the courtyard. The breathtaking scenery that had been promised could not be seen from the rooms. A change in room was no better. We had booked for two nights but left after two hours because of the appalling conditions and the noise."
