"Lovely, historic building. Views from our room were bucolic and wonderful. The grounds were peaceful, pretty, and well maintained. On site restaurant fabulous! Beds, not so comfortable. Chose this hotel for all of the above and AC. The AC did not work which made sleeping in July a challenge for these Americans used to that amenity. Even though, I would recommend this hotel for the charm, staff, location, and restaurant."

The proprietor went out of her way to accommodate the eldest member of our party , providing transport into the centre and coffee and breakfast were of a high standard.We enjoyed the added bonus of terrace area with direct access from our rooms.Laundry services provided and very prompt attention.
