But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. The tour rep and colleague helped us book a 2 day trip to Kuala Lumper and recommendations, it was very good. A day trip to Penang Hill and Baru Farringu beach is also recommended. Love Malaysia. "

"Booked family room that fits 5 people. 2 x queen beds and 1 x single bed. It’s good value for family and meet basic needs. Lots of eatery surrounding. But the room has ants and the air conditioning perhap is not very clean as i sneeze a lot in the room but not outside, so that’s the reason i give 3-4 star review. However the hotel does meet basic need for rest and recharge."

"We loved our room next to the pool. The property is well maintained and really connects to the heritage experience. Nice lap pool which we used to cool off several times. Staff are extremely pleasant and provided everything we needed. Walkable to some sights and easy pick up by Grab when we needed it. Spoke to a member of staff about breakfast and they said they hoped to bring back this option in the future. A very relaxed stay and would definitely recommend Jawi Peranakan Mansion. "
