"The property overall was clean but dated other than the bathroom floors were not dirty but has residual stickiness from cleaner and the tub was either worn or dirty. There was no directional on the inside of the door in case of fire what would our best exit route be?? "Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch.
