"We booked 3 rooms for 3 couples and were a little disappointed that they were not closer together. Also, the check-in was required to be done at a "sister" site."

"The property was great. I will never use Expedia again because they charge more than the people at the resort. The people were nice to us and give us a late check out. Expedia is horrible because you should be able to get a better price or at least the same. Never use them again."

"Perfect location for hanging out in Boothbay for a couple of days. Step out the front door and you are a few houses from all the shops. Easy to get on a tour boat and restaurants were great!!! Breakfast like all of the other reviews was amazing and worth the stay. Quiet and relaxing! "

"Beautiful resort and facilities! Staff were friendly however not very knowledgeable about the area. WiFi was terrible to the point that their own computer systems were down for running credit cards. At checkout they also hit you with add on fees. Again wonderful resort but seems like they have some growing pains! "

"This Bed & Breakfast is just delightful! My room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady walked me to my room. I stayed in room 12 on the third floor which had easy stair access to the back parking lot which made it super convenient to bring up my suitcase. My room had a front porch and view of harbor once I stepped outside. The bedding was deluxe and had cute little whales on them. The room was clean and decorated so cute.
