"The hotel receptionist was lovely and very helpful, we parked in the hotel parking which was very easy. The hotel rooms themselves could use a little updating but as we were only there for one night it didn’t matter too much. They also wouldn’t recommend us anywhere to eat as they have a restaurant. Generally it was clean and comfortable with a/c and we enjoyed our stay!"

"This room was very unsafe. The room was boiling hot. The air conditioner did not work. The hallways had no light. The main desk person left and locked the front door at 2330. The lobby was completely dark. I caught her as she was locking the door to ask about the air conditioning because the room phone did not work. She said there was no air conditioning and she said to leave the balcony door open. Another guest could easily get into your room from the balconies that are very close together. The...

"Seamless check-in, room comfortable with a lush jacuzzi bath followed by a shower. Extremely comfortable bed - just dont use the pull-out sofa bed as thats awful. We were on 5th floor and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was the stand Italian offering, so fine to fill you up for a few hours."

"Hotel was excellent and with free parking near entrance. it is about 2KM from the city center up one hill after another with no pedestrian lane so we chose to drive and parked in 6 level garage with a shopping center on levels 7-10. We visited the castello in the afternoon and did not wait around for restaurants to open at 8 PM. So we just picked up a sandwich at the shopping center and took it back to the hotel."
