Lets not forget the the amazing service - every need was anticipated before we even knew we had a need! In short The Roxburgh knows how to turn a stay into a great and easy experience. "The staff and food were great, room was very cozy and had everything we needed. Perfect location for us to visit the island and have a good walk. "

"A very comfy room and the few staff we met were great. Breakfast was excellent and Heather was a gem! A bit disappointing that the hotel is closed apart from the rooms and breakfast service. It’s not that evident when you book so maybe they should make it more obvious. Parking was free in the car park 100 yds away but only for 24hrs at a time. So we parked there through the day and then moved the car to the street outside the hotel which has free parking from 17:30 to 09:00. Our only concern was the fact one person left the front door open twice and with no staff at the hotel we felt a little vulnerable. We would stay again though. "
