"From the time you check into the hotel to checkout, property has been disappointing than what was pictured online. 1. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a hair that was found in food. At the time, there was a pancake where we request a maple syrup however, there was manager with glasses who said this is how pancake is eaten without maple syrup. He didn’t know what was maple syrup was. Instead of saying they don’t have it, he started arguing back. 2. They advertised there is car parking availability however it is pretty much dirt road in front of the hotel. There is no parking. 3. Hotel rooms and bathroom were decent. 4. GM Aslam was quite appreciative of the feedback that we had given him and willing to make some changes. "

"Very clean rooms. Across from Railway station and front of the bus station. So many restaurants to choose from. Front staff was friendly. Check out staff, we have to ask for the receipt. He did not offer the receipt. Breakfast was very nice for INR 180, purchase it when you book the room. Good selection on breakfast. Veg & Non-veg. Floor staff was friendly."

"Hidden gem just outside Vadodara. Beautifully maintained property, pool is very well maintained. Courteous and professional staff. Restaurant is strictly for vegetarians only, very small choice of meals available in the restaurant, however it was delicious. Breakfast had good choices. ( no eggs either). The only suggestion I have is to carry enough snacks and water bottles as there is no room service after 10:30 pm. I would also recommend the resort to consider having drinking water, some juices and snacks available for purchase 24/7."

"A bit overpriced, luckily they have a brew room was in close proximity, where they have a kettle, hot and cold water dispenser and ironing board. The housekeeping were always available if you needed anything. Half board includes a buffet meals that are quite good. The telephone was not working and yhe doorkey had issues opening."

"The staff were xtrmly cooperative and helpful. Great service by them. But the rooms were not kept in a great condition, the upholstery, bedding were old. Pillows and bedsheets could be renewed .. looks ooold. Too compact rooms. "
