"Hotels.com apparently is not on the hotel’s panel even though the website had collected my money in advance. I arrived at the hotel and they couldn’t find my booking. I had to make another payment directly to the hotel. May I know who has pocketed my initial payment?"

"actually named Sentosa Guesthouse and is behind an eatery. Was very difficult to find; is opposite an Indomaret. Dimgo is a very nice cafe on the corner diagonally opposite Sentosa. We had an upstairs front room with windows, which was good."

Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Reasonably noise-proof and the street was pretty quiet around bedtime. Convenient access to Panakkukang Mall. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, with both Indonesian and Western food."
