"Sy book utk 3 kamar dan ketiganya kebersihanx sgt kurang.handuk mnrt sy sdh tdk layak d gunakan krna sdh butek dan byk noda. Kamar bau apek.begitu kMi masuk sprei dn bedcober sprtix sdh d gunakan, banyak noda.kamar mandi di salh satu kamar yg kami pesan sgt bau dan tdk bisa ipang baunya.sy request ke reception utk bersihkan kamar tp kamar kami smpe malam tidak d bersihkan dan sy sdh komplain. Sy rasa kamar yg kami tempati trlalu dipaksakan krna hotel mgkn penuh saat kami cek in. Maknan jg tdk...

"Very new hotel. Room is very clean. Breakfast area is quite spacious. Most staffs especially those at restaurant and reception in the day are good. However, night shift staff at reception needs to be trained up. Encountered a leak at bathroom at night and waited quite long before I get to change room and this is upon my request. Staff actually proposed that it can be fix in 1.5 hours. "

About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking...

"Good Hotel with great staff. Mr Eddie & Miss Ika and the rest of the staff were most helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included & had a good choice of foods. Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel."
