"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. "This is a clean, safe hotel. Service is friendly. It is a standard hotel, with wifi. The bed is quite hard, which is typical in most standard European hotels. "We went on a Saturday when the springs were open until midnight. Magical to be out in the springs under the stars. Service overall was great. The dinner meal service was slow but the food was good.
