"The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside (barely recognisable as a hotel) and the lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, airy, clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and the breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for a few nights on a work trip, but not what I would call a leisure hotel. "

"Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc."

Breakfast is on a different level, everything you could possibly want and the young lad serving us was so smartly dressed and so very polite. "Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "The tea towel for drying dishes was absolutely stinking of dampness, obviously wasn't clean! There was no kitchen roll so had to use one of the bath towels - it also had dirty marks on. The livingroom/sitting area was stinking of dogs. The plug-in air freshener was empty. Couldn't figure out how to use the grill."
