"I stayed for 10 days at @Hom Horizon Kudus. I stayed with my father. During my stay there, the staffs are very friendly; however, when it comes to service, they're very slow and the room seems dirty. They didn't change my bed sheets or pillow cases who knows for how long. I noticed that the stain on the sheet was still there, they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets. And I asked for another towel (my 2 towels were dirty and wet), they said I can only have 2 towels per day for 2 people...

"Hotel staffs were nice, my request for amenities was fulfilled within 3 minutes. Room was clean, but basic of the basic: you get en-suite bathroom (shower only), a few bathroom amenities (toothbrush, bar soap), air conditioning (which is only barely cool), somewhat slow wifi, bad-quality bed, and that's that. Breakfast is -very- lacking by international standard, but relatively good for transit hotels (usually you only get toast or packed bread and tea). If you're en-route to another town...
