"It a convenient 1 hour away from Surabaya. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. And if you have a car, you can easily get around Taman Dayu complex (it's a big complex) where there are restaurants and shops."

There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. "first of all the rooms doesn't have any AC or fan, and the ventilation is terrible so eventhough Tretes is supposed to be cold, we felt very uncomfortable in our room because of no air circulation. secondly if we open the window, they don't have mosquito net installed and the hotel is located very near to the mosque which has really loud speakers facing the hotel, lets just say there are lots of inconveniences while staying here. The doors and walls are very thin so we could hear people walking...
