"overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. There are signs of wear and tear arround but it can be seen that owners are trying to be on top of it. Age of hotel is evident inside and out, but it is not bad or teribble for a 3* place. "Breakfast buffet was always empty, everything run out and they wouldn't refill, things like bacon-bread-eggs-fruit. Even when you asked if they will refill staff will rudly reply that it has run out. We stayed for 1 week and our room floor was never cleaned, our beds were never made and we had to ask presidently for clean towels, which we got once. "Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows!
