"Unique- Clean sheets and towels, a lot of food choices available outside the hotel, spacious room. Employees are friendly and courteous. Need to improve: Breakfast buffet food choices are limited especially meat /protein option, bacon is not crispy, brewed coffee is weak and tepid. Cushioned seats in the hotel room has lots of stains and need to deep clean as well as the cushioned seats in the dining /buffet area, very weak and intermittent internet connection. "

Logistics is/was important to me and the hotel is right across the UST hospital which has access to the university, and is in the heart of Manila. 5-minute jeepney ride to SM San Lazaro. Was very impressed with the service on this second visit - the staff and security were very courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, as with most buildings in the Philippines, the property deteriorated fast. I had a smaller but very similar room...

"Room was impeccable. Only negative comment is the inflexible hose of the toilet hand spray or bidet and the telephone shower. So hard to navigate. They should change it to a softer and flexible one. "
