"Very neat hotel, friendly staff, quick service, hotel is well located close to the north gate, walkable distance from the temple. We took a four in one room, and it was very convenient. Has a parking for drivers, hotel food is reasonably good, not very expensive. In all recommend it for a clean fuss free stay."

"The hotel details mention a swimming pool on premises. Upon checking-in the hotel informed me that the mention of a pool was a mistake on their website and refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. The restaurant staff had no knowledge of hygienic handling of food. The waiter dropped food on the table, picked it up and served it on the plate in front of us. When questioned, he was clueless about what went wrong. They were arrogant in telling us to give the order in one go...

Filter Coffee and room service was good. Hotel staff are courteous and ready to help with any kind of request. Autos are available throughout the day for a ride to temple or to Dhanushkodi sightseeing"

"Firstly they don't support online booking. They ask us to call the customer support and give them the phone to talk to so that they can get the website's booking confirmation and invoice etc. Then all sorts of problems begin. They negotiate with us the room and rate etc. In my case my online receipt clearly mentioned 4 bed room, but they said as they don't support online booking( they don't know how their hotel gets listed in the website) and they don't know how/when they will receive payment so...
