"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

"We were only here for one night, and had to leave early so we missed out of the breakfast. The property is very nice, very quiet, and had plenty of parking. The room was good and met our needs, but could be a little cleaner. The bathroom and "rain" style shower was incredible. What could have been better, we could see handprints on the wall from pervious guests and the shower drain did not drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. Overall, I should certainly stay here again."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. I am very grateful for the service and hospitality I received at this very nice hotel "

"Sleepy small town that was interesting. Only two complaints...bed was very hard and the site stated it was 6 miles from Val Trompe .that may be as the crow flies but it is an hour drive. Food at restaurant was excellent. We liked the family atmosphere and the friendly dog"

"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. "The bathroom wasn't heated well. Rather it was cool. Especially if the bathroom door was closed. It didn't get heating from the room. The bathroom heater was of."
