"The Fern is a lovely property in a dismal location, however we were only visiting for one night as we had a flight to catch the next morning. Room size was generous, nice amenities and in site restaurant was of a good standard. Would visit again if it wasn't for the location. "Totally unorganised Check in took 30 mins Could not see booking as could not find exercise book ! Anyway we booked 4 rooms they insisted we only booked 2. After showing proof finally gave us rooms . Staff u friendly and unhelpful would not give me receipt as their system does not allow them!!!’"
