"This riad is absolutely fantastic. It's beautiful, full of stucco and intricate tile work. Our room was a fair size, there were extra blankets, and the hot shower was the best one we encountered in Morocco. Breakfast is a beautiful presentation on the rooftop terrace. "Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. "Really nice staff and convenient location in the middle of the Medina. One small complaint - I have a very strict “ no shoes rule “ in my room or wherever I stay and upon showing us our space the host just walked around the room and even into our shower with their shoes on. Little odd but not enough to be an issue. They had an AC unit in room which is always a plus! "

"Everything was good about the property with the exception the shower was draining slowly. I notified them the first day, and they sent a repairman. He told me it was fixed, but it still was not. They offered me another room, but I was too tired to move. That was the only negative about this hotel. The staff was very courteous but management should do quality checks frequently!"

"The staff was not very helpful and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. I was accused of taking food from the free buffet by the attendant. When asked for an apology I received none. Just rude. And it wasn't just me with issues. Other guests had disagreements with staff. I will never return or recommend this hotel. "
