"Check in was smooth. There was a minor issue with the room which was resolved very quickly and efficiently. GRM Mr Rony Hasan was very helpful and there was no issue thereafter. The hotel could do with some renovation but the staff were always cleaning, friendly and willing to assist whenever we saw them. Catering manager Mr Noyon was brilliant in looking after us.
