"We stayed after looking around neuschwanstein castle because the next day we were leaving for Switzerland. Hotel is located in a nice area. Lots of grass and trees. Lots of grocery stores near by. Hotel room is clean and big. Has everything you need to rest. Hotel employees are super friendly and breakfast is very nice. "

"it seemed okay at first check in, but soon noticed internet only worked occasionally, but mostly not at all. Then, the next morning we had breakfast which was alright, but then the desk lady said i never paid, and it must be paid by me. I couldn't check my records, because the internet didnt work. So i went ahead and paid by credit card. Then i soon noticed i did INDEED pay it thru expedia. I called the Gasthaus several times, never could get thru.
