My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request. Its was so disappointing. "

"The hotel is nice and staffs at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Other staffs are not so nice, the rooms are quite spacious and unlike most hotels, the pictures match what you get and the facilities work. The floors however could use some cleaning. Since they used dark wood for flooring you can’t easily tell it’s dirty but if walk around barefoot for 3mins, your feet gets so dirty. Overall, the hotel is nice. It could pass for a 4-star hotel"
