"Great hotel in this center of this quaint town. Breakfast was simple, but offered a nice selection of items. You can park near the hotel during the week, but can easily find parking a few blocks away on the weekends."

"Second stay here on our journey back to UK from Portugal. Great place, clean, comfortable and the owner is a gentleman. Local restaurant was closed this time of year, which was a shame as it’s really good food and good value but the owner pointed us to a place about 9 km away and the food was good and dogs were welcome. We will be back during our travels. Thanks"

"After a smooth check-in, I got a spacious modern room with a nicely appointed ensuite that had a good large shower. Overall the hotel had a friendly and helpful atmosphere. It also had a good secure underground carpark (accessable by lift from within the hotel) I arrived about 5pm on a Saturday and the attached restaurant's kitchen was closed so I had to make do with a takeaway but that (as well as a large supermarket) was closeby, about 7min drive. The hotel is located in an industrial estate...

"For the money we paid I just expected so much more from this property. It looked like such a beautiful property from the pictures but turned out to be very run downed. I would give this hotel a much better score as well but in my opinion it’s 2020, you need to have a good wifi network and this place just didn’t. "
