"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station."

"The property and room are excellent. However, there is constant humming noise in the whole building going on day and night but more pronounced at night giving us sleepless night. Otherwise, would be a perfect place to stay. "

"Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!"

Check in was a little confusing because there was nobody at reception when I arrived and entrance is the same as the restaurant right next to it without a clear sign, but I realized later that this was because it is a small shop and staff are taking on multiple roles throughout the day. However responses to any questions via email were answered very promptly...
