The place was clean & tidy the carpet in the entrance had some stains but the rooms and the house in general was tidy. "We arrived and were greeted but when we got to our room we noticed we could hear the gentleman in the other room talking on his computer which meant he could hear us so there was a lack of privacy. Also we thought there was a breakfast included but we were told breakfast was 50.00 extra. The lack of privacy and unsafe feelings caused us to leave a day early. I do not recommend this establishment. "

"Great spot to stay. We had some issues, but maintenance was quick to respond and help us. In Grand Haven for a funeral. Couple things that are not critical, but would improve condo. Kleenex in the bathrooms. Shower rods and drapery rods need to be secured. Directions for TV. Three remotes! Location was perfect for family we needed to see."

"Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie"

"Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help."
