I am sorry to say if there is one thing we don't like is the fact that the rooms are dog friendly, and we are not dog lovers. The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals. "We enjoyed our stay. We had a room in the Annex. It was a disabled access room which we do not need with a very small sink which was not fit for purpose for us. No mirror in the bedroom. Blinds unfortunately let the street lighting in. We were only there for a couple of nights if it had been longer we would have requested to move. "

"Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. The shower needs updating as the tiles are dirty and the sealant needs replacement. 4. On the plus side, excellent food, courteous service from the staff, and good atmosphere. The room we were...
