"Mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving. Kamer was ruim met de kleinste TV ooit in een hotel opgehangen. Badkamer met ligbad en een bidet. Diner was prima, smaakvol en niet te duur. Parkeren voor de deur. Inchecken is wel een trap op, daarna is er een lift. Kan dus lastig zijn als je slecht ter been bent. Ontbijt was goed. Wel weer een trap af. Vriendelijk personeel, de meesten spraken goed Engels."

"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture. Bed was confortable, room was clean. However, drain in the shower did not work well. Breakfast was OK, but with pastry few days old. Check out was not very pleasant, basically ruined my stay. I was left with mixed feelings."

"The room cleaning service was terrible the front desk staff was helpful but gave the wrong information about parking I ended up have a ticket when asked about the coffee capsules in the room they said we only fill once on your arrival then you are on your own which is really not a 5 star standard it’s over all not a very friendly city "
