"Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "We were off-season visitors on a drizzly weekend. This did not stop the people at Kerenza from being thoroughly pleasant and helpful. The hotel interior and our (spacious) room appear to be quite new - it is a nice ambiance. There is a sizable parking lot which is important as parking is tight throughout Bude and a car is the only practical way of getting there."

"Very welcoming farming couple who go out their way to make sure everything is OK. Fantastic wholesome farmhouse meals provided. Location is very remote and strongly recommend asking if you can view the old waterwheel during your stay (you'll need a torch!)"

Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "
