"The hotel itself is lovely and front desk staff were excellent. However there were issues with rooms being too hot. The thermostats did not work properly. I had to get another room and I saw another guest ask for another room as well, as both rooms were at 80 degrees with no way to change the temperature. The second room I got was slightly better but still too warm at 75 degrees, again with no way to change or regulate it. That was the only flaw in the stay. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet...

"I enjoyed my stay immensely. The suite was everything promised and then some. The bed was extremely comfortable, made even more so by comforters that kept me warm on one of the coldest nights Peoria has encountered so far. The only thing I didn't like was unexpectedly learning about a "parking fee." A "parking fee"? For a hotel not in the city on property bordering a shopping mall? Really? That kind of threw me for a loop."

"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"
