"Spent a whole weekend at Eco Spa Highland. The owner and the whole staff are amazing. It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy the nature. We loved our stay so much. There are few downsides though like there’s only 2 hot stubs (comparing to other large spas), the nearest restaurant is 30 min away which is why we had to take the lunch box and the dinner (which was also a bit pricy 20$ for the lunch box and 40$ for the meal), and there was also some other charges like “ajustement forfait pour...

"I was able to see some of the other rooms as well as mine and each one is beautifully appointed and unique. Nice touches that were appreciated was the Nespresso machine, shower which was luxurious and crisp linens. "

"It was a very quiet location with a view of the water from the room. Unfortunately my husband and I both had reactions to the dust in the bedding. Not linens but pillows. We had very sore, bloodshot eyes."

"The rooms were on two flights of stairs which were not pointed out to us in their advertisement, in spite of handicap space reserved in front of their entrance. No ramp to the front door, nor to the second floor. We are in our mid nighties and to walk fifteen floors to our room, was beyond our capabilities. No elevators or ramps!! Would never recommend this establishment. "

"What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time. "Louise was a lovely hostess and very helpful. I went in the winter time so you have to be prepared for lots of snow and have winter tires. It is quite a rustic spot and very peaceful. I stayed there as I was doing the Canadian ski marathon. It was a lovely place to come back to after a long day skiing. "
