"The hotel was good as was the breakfast, ideal for our needs. Parking however was a problem. Nearest carpark was a 15 minute walk away and no way of paying for a continuous stay, requiring a trip to the carpark at 9am to top up the payment. Not so bad on a dry day, but in the rain….?"

"Great property, staff and room. Only issues were the 2 single beds put together as a double and road noise. Also suggest better ventilation and insulation around wooden double glazed windows."

"The hotel was great realy... our only moan is the steep staircase to the second floor, where unfortunately for us was where our room was. We are both elderly. Other than that it was a lovely place with lovely staff and a great breakfast."

"Had large family room, bathroom rather small. Rather noisey from road traffic as we were at front of hotel. Staff friendly and breakfast really good. Would stay again"

"What friendly staff!!! Everyone was so helpful and chatty. Lovely menu with daily specials, chef's specials and normal pub grub. Nice atmosphere too as it is down a country lane, but locals were eating and drinking there. Will stay there again the next time we are in the areaQ"
