"The hotel was good. The main downside was the dimness of the lighting in the room. We are bright light people and found it quite gloomy. Perhaps have the main light on a dimmer switch?"

"The White Hart is a very very old establishment, apparently the oldest pub in Exeter, so obviously it has character, the pub itself is warm and friendly, like most pubs today unfortunately there are not many staff around, and what staff there are , they are performing multiple jobs , reception, bar, taking food orders etc, so sometimes it felt like no one was around, but it was ok and once someone was around you got served with a smile, but I would imagine if it got busy as it did suddenly at...

"Lovely hotel, really clean, nice luxury complimentary shower gel, handwash etc.towels were big and fluffy, nice to have the bar/restaurant separate from the hotel. Maybe a request to have a flannel in the bathroom, but not essential"
