We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. "We had hoped to Eat here but had been delayed several hours at the Channel Tunnel and as a result we ate earlier as we knew the restaurant would be closed when we arrived.
