"So much was excellent. The value for money is spot on and even though the restaurant is pricey for Portugal, it's still very good value. Breakfast was far more than we'd expected, especially after some poor offerings elsewhere. Fresh cake, cereal, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, yoghurt, fruit, juice, etc. Only suggestion to Sever would be to tidy it up a bit in places - outside litter pick, replace odd bits of tatty furniture (our bed frame and one shelf), strengthen the WiFi...

"This place served us well. We only stayed for a night, but it was set up that you could easily stay longer. Clean, spacious and great kitchen set up. Self checkin at night, so make sure you have codes to get into building and room. "

This was a cozy attic room, with modern windows w/shutters, a comfortable king bed, and a gentle/quiet heating system (needed in February). There was also a separate heat pump system, which we did not use. Nicely equipped room, quiet and comfortable. But the shower ran out of water (not just hot water, but all water) on our final morning, probably due to other guests on the lower floors(?). This is why our overall score is only...

"The hotel it's reasonable priced. However on the bedroom we stayed I think was 7 the sink had a big crack. The shower door was unhinged and seem quite dangerous. The reason I would give a 3* was due a fridge as been diabetic was a bonus and also customer service otherwise would be a 2*. Pool and generic communal areas were dirty. Air con pipe drips water to the glass in front which looks quite bad. Yes it's April but the weather was 30degrees plus so should be clean. Breakfast no hot food even...
