We had got it changed, the room was just above the swimming pool which was still okay but not worth the price you pay. Low rating on facility condition because windows are loose, faucets don't work well, water pressure is low, shower curtain is hung too high so water splashes all around, towels provided are low grade for a top-rated hotel, and door lock would keep jamming, and we lost time because we had to wait until...
