"I have stayed at La Residence probably 5-6 times over the last 5-6 years. It is a lovely spot close to great dining options by the sea. Some of the rooms are quite spacious. The standard ones are fine. The pool and bar area are inviting. All of the staff are helpful but I would say that most are not very pleasant which is not usual for Senegal which is known for its Terranga. The property could also use a bit of renovation. But I am likely to continue to return unless another reasonably priced...

"Pros: This place is amazing! So beautiful and so many beautiful places to capture photos of your stay! The staff was impressive and always friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever seen offered at a resort for free! It was honestly an absolute pleasure to stay here! Cons:The rooms are a bit dated but the potential is there, bathrooms need a serious upgrade but they are cleaned daily. A few unwelcome guests but it is a tropical resort directly on the beach.
