"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city). "

"we told them that we would arrive at 11pm at the airport and that we would need a pick up from their hotel. they agreed but did not show up. also they gave our room to someone else and made us stay at a different hotel far lower quality without our consent and it wasnt clean. overall, disappointment at their level if service.
