"The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, especially the girl with the red hair who seem to be there every time we needed something from the front desk! Grandma, mom, and granddaughter all shared a room with the hot tub which was clean and extremely relaxing! We absolutely loved our stay. It was about 20 minutes from the Concord Mall which was huge and we had a great day shopping."

"We booked last minute in Huntersville NC. The cost was $95 per night so we werent expecting much, just a bed for the night. Boy, were we surprised! Very nicely decorated, impeccably clean. Even a small kitchenette for longer stays. Comfortable bed, very nice linens. Only drawback was no breakfast, but this morning saw a sign in our room that we could have ordered it, they will order from a restaurant, put it in the refrigerator and we could have heated in our room and eaten at the table in the little nook in our room. We are disappointed there isn't a My Place hotel at our next destination in Allentown, P A. An added bonus was meeting JoJo who was manning the front desk this morning. She was so friendly and outgoing, just a lovely lady, we enjoyed talking with her! Highly recomment this hotel!!"
