"Overall the hotel was lovely with pleasant staff. The rooms we stayed in were spotless, very spacious and well looked after. Large bathroom and plenty towels. We ate in the Bistro and the food was nice and service pleasant - it did seem a little short of experienced staff though. When we discovered there was an issue with my daughter's food (we eventually realised she'd been given pasta with arrabiata sauce rather than plain tomato and that was why she couldn't eat it) I told the guy clearing...

"Nice hotel but very disappointing room service Room serviced very late one day and not at all the next! Used towels and rubbish from room left outside door all night! Box of tissues empty for duration of stay Inadequate supply of toilet tissue,in fact ran out on one occasion When room was not serviced,we complained to front desk where then I was handed towels and toilet tissue which I had to bring back to the room myself! Very much a self service hotel,not what I would expect from a Marriott...

"For an airport hotel, our stay was excellent. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. We had an early breakfast at 6am (continental only as hot breakfast started a little later). There is a restaurant for an evening meal where the food was acceptable but a little expensive, however there was nothing else in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a shuttle to and from the airport. "

"Only let down was breakfast.. 1st morning plenty of food available allbeit hot options were lukewarm..2nd morning arrived at 9am, no hot food out, took 20mins to be replenished, by that time we were ready to leave.....showers excellent "

"Such a lovely stay in this beautiful guest hotel! It had such a lovely home feeling. Very budget friendly and walkable distance to the city. If I were to make any suggestion I would say it would have been helpful to have a mini refrigerator with a microwave for meals. "
