"First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating...

Service, cleanliness, comfort standards have noticebly declined while tariff hit the roof. Service standards are absymal, though staff are very polite and cordial there's always annoying delay in execution. No hot water let alone warm water in the washroom, often smelly.
