No complaints except I was disappointed not to hear music in the hotel itself - music just seemed to be their decorative theme, unless I missed something. I walked with a friend to the hotel about 8 PM from Westbanhof, and it was a bit dark along the way as most businesses were closed and there was an unlit park on the side street. A couple small clusters of young men were just standing around near the entrance to Lugar...

"It's next to the Schonbrunn palace and next to the metro. Very comfortable and good, knowledgeable staff. Only issue is that there's no AC, but other than that it's a good hotel."
