"If you can’t climb over 5 flights of stairs request a lower room! The view was amazing. Breakfast was awesome and they provide a laundry service for a fee but worth it as they fold it all and have it ready for you at the end of the day! Very helpful and friendly! "

"I can definitely say that the all the stuff members were extremely proactive and willing to help with whatever might have come up during my stay there, with my 3 daughters. "You do not expect luxury for the price but our room was very different to the light and cheerful rooms advertised online - we booked a studio room which was dark and gloomy, had harsh artificial lights, a broken bed (which was fixed during the stay), and a very tired and old bathroom. The shower curtain did not allow you to shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Wifi was slow and patchy. Our outside seating was at the end of the line and litter had blown down from other rooms and was not...
