"You do not expect luxury for the price but our room was very different to the light and cheerful rooms advertised online - we booked a studio room which was dark and gloomy, had harsh artificial lights, a broken bed (which was fixed during the stay), and a very tired and old bathroom. The shower curtain did not allow you to shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Wifi was slow and patchy. "We stayed in one of the two top floor apartments, the one with the very large outside terrace. This was equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. We asked if it was possible to have towels for the sunbeds and these were provided. The terrace is shaded and has a beautiful view of the sea and harbour. Apartment is newly fitted and everything very clean. Maid came in each day to clean, make the bed, empty bins etc. Sheets were changed every other day. You do have to walk up a hill, so not accessible if you are not physically able, but someone did meet us at the port and took our bags- which was very helpful. We had to leave 1 day early due to the Ferry’s striking on the day we were set to leave, but the owner did offer for us to stay a day later for free. "
