I arrived not knowing there wasn’t a lift at the property and I’m am on crutches. Our room was changed within 10 minutes to a ground floor upgraded room at no extra charge. Lovely breakfast on the beach and the restaurant used for hotel customers was excellent. "

"The room I booked was not available they gave me another room, it was dirty with bad smell. The staff was very rude. We didn't sleep all night we stayed up sitting on plastic chairs waiting for the first bus to go home we didn't have the breakfast as well."
