"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. "Great place to stay, 5 min walk to Dax center.Good tapas ( French style ) and platter of charcuterie in the bar area if you just want something light to eat. The outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint but I recommend it."
