"The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. When we were there, it was very quiet and nice. We stayed in the bay view room. The sunset was beautiful and the night view was fun. However, we expected the spa in the hotel as we saw the hotel has a spa on hotels.com hotel page and realised on their site it says “coming soon”. It was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, we were happy throughout. Thanks for hosting us."

"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. We did find some good places...

"Amazing hotel, truly fantastic facilities at a very good prices. Front desk informative and helpful. It’s a very nice stay in a Japanese hotel in Vietnam. Location is little bit outside of the town, but easy ride from airport and quick taxi ride to town. It’s nice to discover local places, for sure not touristy like Hanoi. "
